Roseland enlisted Salas O'Brien to provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering for the project, as well as construction administration services throughout its completion.

The finished structure includes a clubhouse, conference center, and a state-of-the-art fitness center with a spa, fitness studios, and an outdoor heated pool. Each apartment contains a pre-installed flat-screen mounting system, high-speed Wi-Fi, and FiOS system from Verizon. Retail shops, restaurants, and a parking deck were also part of the design for this project.
